FAQ

How fast should I be running?
On any basic mileage day you should be running just slow enough that you can carry out a conversation. If it’s so easy that you could give a monologue, then pick it up a bit. On workouts, check the instructions for more guidance

What if I miss a run? Or a couple runs?
Since my plans are only 5 days a week, missing a day isn’t a problem; just bump everything one day later!

If you miss enough runs to the point where you cannot complete them all in a week, still no need to panic. Take it as a down week, and repeat the full thing the following week.

If you miss multiple weeks in a row, it is probably best to call it the end of a season, take a week’s rest, and start from the beginning. If this is becoming a pattern for you, I would recommend reaching out to me so that I can help you with more personalized guidance.

Do you have any other plans?
I am working on a level 0 plan for those who aren’t ready yet to start my main one. If neither of these work for you, for any reason at all, send me an email at jostoole@gmail.com and we can work on a custom plan for you.

Why does your social media link take me to an adorable pitbull? I’m not really into most social media, but my wife maintains a great page for our dog. Better than nothing right?
